Window regulator question. Doesn't hold position

I'm in the process of putting the vent windows and door glass in my 69 Charger.

Have both regulators out and noticed the passenger side stays in whatever position I crank it to.

The drivers regulator, if I crank it -down- spins itself all the way back up.

I'm guessing that is not correct? If so, any way to repair or should I just pick up a used one?

Did you ever get this resolved, same situation for me, or at least my Driver's goes all the way up on the bench
Passenger is in the car still

I wasn't sure how to repair it so I just bought a used one to replace it.
