Hi
I ordered these window seals from rockauto. They seal perfectly but when it comes to roll the window down I have to crank it so hard that I‘d rip all the internal linkages apart.
I already lubricated them (pics older) but sadly no solution.
Anyone had this before?

That looks like it should be turned about 180 .
In other words , slide it down the seal trim piece /holder as opposed to stuffing it in.

Thanks!
But I‘ll never get them off savely. This glue holds a heavy duty metal shelf on a concrete wall by its own. And I‘ve missing parts in the window channel.
I think sanding them down or cutting with a hot wire will do the job too

GLUE.. they use no glue to install. Guess you have nothing to lose now if you used glue..

Ya...botched it bad. Get them out, get some nice new ones from DMT, watch Dadsbee resto tutorial

going to have to do this replacement on my 70 Charger. one got torn up. i think the existing one is the "flocked" but what i got from Classic shows its the normal rubber.

anyone know if the 70 charger seal has those tabs that prevent it from sliding in? i havent pulled the old one yet, but id like to do it with the window in the door and not out. i think i can reach almost all of it if i use a tool or screwdriver to push the bottom part in.
