Hi,
I'm just wondering if anyone else has had some problems I have.
My 69 Charger windows on the horizontal seals leak like crazy!
I have replaced the seals all around and still can not stop the leaking.
Any advice on this, please?
Thank you!

It is running through the seal up to the window, and on the point where it clips on to the door. I didn't know if it was a common problem.
I still am unsure of your explanation. Find a picture and circle the area it leaks.

Those seals do not seal out water. It would have been quite obvious if or when you installed them. There is no seal between the strip and the door so water easily seeps through there and the seal to the window is dependant on how close the window glass is to the door when the frames are re-installed. At best from the factory they would have kept solid debris or snow and ice out (to some extent) but that's about it ! And THAT is why there are drain holes in the bottom of the doors !

Thank you for the explanation! I did think it was odd on why it was like that.
I have it all nice and tight and it was still leaking through to the inside of the door.
Thanks for answering that for me

How did you notice it leaking? With the inner door panels on there is no way to see. Do you have the plastic water shields in place?
