Merry X-mas all.
I´m about to install a new windshield in my 67 Charger.
However, I have experienced a complete memory loss concerning these screws and their function.
When I look at the drawing, I´m not finding these and what they are supposed to attach to...?
There are a total of 6 pcs of them.
Any leads greatly appreciated...

Very interesting. Yours is car #2 that I've seen that. What is the SPD of the car? ( build date)
What I believe happened is when the car came down the line, there were no pal nuts slid onto the bolt holes for the dash, so they just pushed it up further and punched new holes. The other car was built early Jan '67

You are referring to the tag in the door right ? I´m not near the car so I dont have the SPD, sorry.

Thank you for your reply RemCharger, very interesting.. So what you are telling me, is that basically they have no function...? My initial thought is to remove them.

The date will be on the bottom line of the fender tag, if you still have one. The VIN number may help too.
Yes it was a factory screw up, just leave them or maybe seal up with silicone. The windshield gasket covers it all up

Thank you for your comments. From the fender tag, I read the code C28. So this should be December 28´th right ?

Yep. The other car was Jan 10th I believe. What motor was your car?

Okay... interesting... Well, now I´m pretty confident that these bolts have no function. I will follow your lead, remove them and seal the holes.
Thank you for your comments.

Yes, you can be confident that's a fact.
If you had any pics of when the dash came out, you would see.

The bolts should attach your dash not those Phillips screws. Seal the other holes. The new windshield gasket may cover them up, but it's not a guarantee that it won't be a possible leak.

Great, thanks Jerry.
