windshield installation

about to put windshield back in my 69 gtx convertible. am i right that the chrome piece on the bottom goes on first? does the dash go in first or does windshield go in first? i think when we took it out the gasket was under the dash lip

Dash 1st,might kinda tough to get at the fasteners that hold the dash in with the glass in place.This would be for a hardtop and would guess a vert is the same
