Wiper motor linkage spring washer

I have a 1970 Belvedere that came with the Windshield wipers unhooked at the motor. I have the retainer and the bushing but I am missing the spring washer. Anyone know where I can find one of those?it goes between the cam and the clip. Looks like it keeps pressure on the clip so it can't come off.
