I have a 69 satallite 440, 727 tranny. There is no wireing to switch , bought a plug with 3 wires , where do they go ? Car was a coloum shift and now has a B/M floor shifter there are switches in shifter but not hooked up. any advise would help. Thanks.

None of the switches in the shifter are needed - it is all controlled in the tranny. The center wire is the neutral safety circuit and connects to the starter relay with a single female spade connector. The two outter are the reverse light circuit and connect to the firewall bulkhead using a double spade connector. I'll post a pic in a few minutes.

Ok, here it is... notice the double connector on the upper left of the bulk head connector - those are the 2 outer leads on the nss (doesnt matter which is which - just makes or break the connection). The center lead goes to the lower right on the starter relay.

the neutral safety switch is on the trans near your shift linkage.it scews into the side of the trans and could be either 3 wire(like the connector you got)or single lead for a floor shifted car.if you get a wiring diagram it will show how the wires run.you could use the switches on you shifter if you so choose, not very tuff to wire up.
