I know that the economy is bad and its hard to find a good job and even harder when you're an old fart like me at almost 62. Work has been getting slow where I am working now so I sent out several resumes. I have been driving about 60 miles round trip each day and the Durango uses quite a bit of gas. Almost a quarter of my monthly pay goes for gas which makes it hard to get ahead.

I have an interview tomorrow at 10:00 with a company that is 7 1/2 miles from home and all of 13 minuets for 4 bucks an hour more. The company has been around for 75 years and does ceramic coatings for just about all high quality materials including the military. The hours would be 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM m/f with overtime being offered in emergencies only which is fine with me....I would be bringing home more for 40 hours than I made at the other palce with overtime and spending about 420 to 450 a month less for fuel!!

I am keeping my fingers crossed for sure!!

I wish you luck Red, Sounds like a real good opportunity!

GOOD LUCK!!:hello2:

(I know the feeling with the gas mileage, right now my trip computer says 13.9 mpg)

Just think....I could end up with the same coatings on my headers that went to the moon!

Fingers and toes crossed for ya!

good luck buddy. age is an irrelevnt thing. go in with a positive attitude.:headbang:

More money for less time at work is always nice (unless the work sucks real bad) !!!

Now we just wait.......

I hope you get it, Red - good luck!
