I'm pretty sure the production numbers for this car are fairly small - maybe a few thousand built - but regardless these 66-67 B bodies are not high in the MoPar popularity food chain. I have a one owner slightly rusty 66 Bel II original 361 car of which there were about 1300 made and that was only $1700.00. I personally like the 66-67 Plymouth body but do some research before you trade away a real 73 RR. Look at it this way, a 66 HEMI Belvedere is a $50-60K car. Compare that to the value of a 68-70 RR or Charger. A good paint job and interior costs as much to do on a 6 cyl car as it does on the rarest HEMI car.

3866 383 auto's made. Hard to say what it's worth with the little info provided. What comes with it? Is it complete? How did it come new? Fender tag or build sheet?

here is what i know quotes from Emails from the owner

No rust ever. I have everything for it. I have enough spare parts for
several more.
It was originally gold has been repainted in 70's in lacquer. I have all the parts for it. the motor is correctly dated for the car.
The guy I got it from was going to cut it up as a tube chassis car. Luckily he ran out of money and never cut it.
It's a satellite highest optioned. I think it had ac ? pb ps auto in floor. All trim. Everything but power windows. Black interior buckets. 383 auto. Only higher option would be a Hemi 8 3/4 rear dual exhaust. Still has tag under hood with all options.

The interior alone going to cost you around 4k by the time you redo the seats and buy all the rubber, carpet, screws, bows, head liner, dash, console, door panels, etc.......

I know, I priced all the parts for my Coronet, needless to say it adds up really quick! and that just the interior, now there rechroming the bumpers, engine and drive train work, suspension, paint and body work, finding and buying missing parts and trim.

Keep the RR that is running and looking good. (If you have the space) buy it and as the money is available, you can put it back together, and not be rushed because you want a running car.

Just keep in mind, it usually cheaper (in the long run) to find one together, complete, and running, then to get one that is pretty much all in boxes.

just for the record the rr is one big model kit at this point and time . i had my mind made up before i posted this that the trade was a no go . but i just wanted to be sure i made the right choise .

thaks all

I HAVE THE ORIGONAL COWBOY BUCKET SEATS FOR YOUR CAR! The interior is going to cost$$$$ also good luck finding a back glass!! The sati's are not worth much but fun as hell to own! Now if it were a true GTX banging a Hemi then yeah she would be wort some good cash!

ask for the rear glass out of the 67 sitting next to it with the rear seats and buy mine! lol!!

Satellite

Hi everyone.
I just finished my 66 last month. California car 383, body great, interior bad. Had to tear out the seats, carpet, console. the dash was ok along with the instrument cluster. Had the seats redone. bought the matching covers from Legendary (metallic red, awesome color) had local trim shop put them on. replaced the carpet myself and put in the seats myself. painted the red console that had faded and had a new dash pad recovered. total cost was about $2000. However i you need everything for the interior, it is going to cost you some bucks. I would send pics if I can figure out how to add them.
