I would like to get opinions on what you guy think of this '69 Super Bee. The biggest issue is PO botched both rear quarters when replace so they are wavey.

VIN - WM23H9Axxxxxx

For sale is my 1969 Dodge Super Bee. It has a rebuilt 383 motor and 4spd manual transmission. I've owned the car for a number of years but don't drive it that often. The motor has under 3000 mi on it. It runs very well. Has a warmed up cam, and a number of other improvements. The worst part of the car is probably the body. It had rust repair done in the form of new rear quarters, but the body was not well prepped and the paint was not laid down very well, you can see waves in the panels, and some paint peal. It is still solid and presentable. This was done before I got the car. The motor is not original to the car, (not #'s matching), but it is an Original Bee 4spd 383 Air Grabber car. All there.

The improvements were done to help drivability and safety. Totally rebuilt front and rear ends w / polygraphite bushings, new shocks, new HD springs, added disk brakes. Put in new interior, new gas tank, but, gas gauge still doesn't work. All new full dual exhaust, out through the original style chrome tips. Have all receipts. I also put in some gears to help it move down the road, but that made it not a long distance highway car, but it does get up and move. Check out the pics. New rubber also, your choice of tire rim combo.

i wouldn't go much over 10-12k for that.
ugly color,painted grille
for me, it would need to be totally blown apart and redone
if the quarters were hung badly, god only knows what else has been hacked up
and covered over.
a big can o worms comes to mind..
i'm sure someone will get blinded by the shiney paint and will pay too much
it wouldn't be me..

You would have to get someone to really inspect the car closely. The price is not too bad if the body is done right and is rust free, but something looks wrong about the inner fender in the engine compartment photo (photo is not very good), but it looks like the shock tower was really rusty and just painter over?

That is painted over rust on the inner fender around the shock tower. Why do the bumpers look painted in one pic, but not the others? Run away!

You would probably be better served paying a bit more for a nicer car.
This one could turn into a money pit.
Measure twice - cut once.

Thanks for all of your help on avoiding this one!
