Now a days, I'd go with Schumacher creative services engine mounts which negate the need for a K member change.

318 K Frame will accept the BB Motor Mounts. No need to go the Schumacher route or new/replacing the K Frame...

I've done a ton of V8 swaps from SB - BB for 68-70 the b-body, even most E-body, unless it's a Hemi, the K-Frames are interchangeable, & the hemi has just a special skid plate & mounts... other years I'd have to look, I'm sure someone here will know
