Looking for a decent daily driver at a decent price. I don't mind having to clean things up and do some TLC, but I don't have the capabilities to tackle a full on restoration or project car.
If anyone has one or know of one, shoot me a PM.
Thanks in advance

What ever happened to the other car? did insurance take care of you or what? everyone wants to know what happened! lol

Bigmanjb---
It's been so long- I totally forgot to post an update. 'Short' story is, the insurance company tried to jerk me around with low ball estimates (one even was from a guy with a felony conviction for fraud). I gave them the option to settle in July, which they turned down, and they tried to out-wait me.
So--- I got a local estimate as well as a licensed appraisal--- both of which were higher than my offer in July. My attorney sent them the lawsuit papers just after Thanksgiving as a preview, with the stance of "settle now or this gets filed".
So- they settled in December, 6 months after the accident; and they would have been better off financially if they had taken my offer in July. They ended up paying enough to cover all of the storage and all of my attorney fees, and more.
Sooooo- I'm in the hunt for a replacement, and just landed in Boston a couple of hours ago. There's one in Eliot Maine that just came out of a 25 year storage that looks promising. I'll look at it tomorrow.

thanks for bringing us up to speed but i'm sure you have more details...maybe update the original thread? I came across it researching classic car insurance and it was very informative from all the details and all the advice. Might even be a good sticky Mods ? Definitely should designate one or more of the insurance ones as sticky's IHMO.
