WTB Charger

I'm looking for a '72-'74 Charger. It doesn't need to be a showcar, it just needs to be driveable and not totally rotted out. I'm in northern WI, but will travel for the right car. And it needs to be affordable. So is there anything out there for $4000 or under?

There's a soldier here getting ready to head overseas, he has a car similar to what you are looking for, but the price you are asking for will land you a car from a boneyard; good luck finding what you want!
