Sometime ago they had available a repro relay for hidden headlights motor, but it seems not anymore.

But classic industries does ( altough out of stock by now ):

I think you can remove the housing/bracket and insert it on your original one.

Nacho posted the diagram on DC.com...all credit goes to him...make your relay from a Bosch 5 pin style...best upgrade available.

I make 66-67 Charger headlight motor relays from the Bosch units as well, plus I also have upgraded power window relays here also
