I was just casually scrolling through craigslist when this popped up

I know people putting 350sbcs in these was kinda common but i never seen one with a 440 and 727 swap.
It's also painted plumcrazy FC7.

I've worked on the rear-end and brakes on one of those,, takes the fun right out of it

The fuel injection set ups were a disaster!

For years my wife dreamed I'd lose interest in the GTX, and swap it for an XJS, which she's always loved the look of. After seeing this one, I know for sure it's never going to happen.

I think the color is a mistake, the engine swap is enough mopar.

I think with different rims it would look better.

A guy up here in London, Ontario has one with a 400 Dodge in it, with turbo. It is quite a sleeper.

It would be more interesting to put a hellcat driveline in a '79 Rolls Royce. :p

Have always kinda liked the body style but not enough to ever own one of those POS's

I nearly bought an XJR Jaguar to bring back to NZ many years ago. But the deal smelled a bit fishy....so I didn't bother. I also checked out a Ferrari Testarossa....but it was a touch higher than my budget would allow.

A friend of mine sold his 1969 Hemi 4-speed Charger 500 to buy a Ferrai Testarossa. One of the first car shows he went to, after staring at the prancing stallion in the grill, a spectator asked him what year his Mustang was.
