A team of British Marine drummers on Britain's Got Talent.

Aside from the obvious possible consequences of telling a dozen marines just back from The Sandbox that they have no talent, the three judges forget there is a crowd behind them.

A LARGE crowd.

A large and now VERY unhappy crowd.

Vote rescinded - as it was clearly wrong to begin with.

ok...those 3 judges have no clue about what theyre talking about OR ABOUT MUSIC. As a professional musician for the past 40 years... its hard enuff playing in a band with 3 or 4 other people and getting everything right....let alone a slew of drummers all in sync and perfect rhythm and time. those Brits had their S&*T together and had what it takes.

i love drum lines....have since i was a kid....started playing drums at age 5 and drove my mother CRAZY...so i taught myself bass by listening to Beatles albums.

it takes quite a bit of talent to play drums and mostly ..COORDINATION.......even ONE drum...and anyone that thinks its easy.....i challenge you to do it.....timing is everything and those Brits showed me all i needed to see that they do have the talent! since when is David Hasslehoff an authority on anything but laying on the floor drunk off his *** attempting to eat a hamburger ?

Britain now is a huge muslim sympathizer. Had they been a muslim drum corps, they wouldda zoomed um right through.

They were pretty good...

they weren't too bad and they had good timing, but i don't see them making it past the second round.

There's a special place in my heart for British military bands since 9/11. Most people don't know this because it was only shown once on TV, and that was on 9/11, but there is a changing of the guard that happens every day in front of Buckingham Palace. The Queens Guard comes out, along with their band, and they shift the colors and change the guard while the band plays God Save The Queen.

On 9/11, the guards and band came out, but instead of playing God Save The Queen they played The Star Spangled Banner. They also presented the United States flag, and flew it over the flag of Great Britain! That is a gesture normally used to indicate surrender, and never used, but on that day the British government and military made those gestures out of respect to the United States, and I'll never forget that moment.

They've been true allies for sure. Just like now. They have warship(s) in the Persian Gulf as we speak.

Would you happen to have a VID of this. I don't remember this but would love to see it. As far as the British drummers....THEY WERE GREAT.

:iamwithstupid: Thanks Dick, I liked it, I don't see them winning thou, some freaken' old long haired, stuck in the 70's guy, playing the acoustic guitar {latter they will find out he's gay} or a totally "hot chick" with a marginal to great voice & skimpy outfit, good hair & Looooonnng shapely legs, will end up winning anyway, they have to be marketable, be able to sell records, for the producers, afterall.... I Personally hate these types of shows, like the American Idol or the X Factor.... Just more crappy reality TV...

One more reason i don't watch that show...

A tourist in London shot the video and sent it to ABC News on 9/11 and they aired it. That's the only time I've ever seen it air.
