In the garage. Under the hood. Again.
I would hope not! Might even toss in a couple of babeage shots...

Numerous places around the county are having pre-Back To The Bricks parties/cruises,so I hit tonight's offering. NICE stuff;for a broke-dick state economically, there sure are some fine cars-of all brands-rolling around here. Let's view them, shall we?

HELL NO we ain't tired of car ****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hell yes;there were Mopars. Just not many.

This belongs to a fellow former Test Technician at GM Engineering. Never knew he was a Mopar guy,and yes,I did steer him to FABO. Nice car;he said it was a former racer that is just barely streetable. My kind of car.

Did I mention "babes"? Well, there were a number;one must be discreet in capturing these elusive creatures...

That's why i love ya, Al!! you know exactly what needs to get photographed, broads!!!

and yes, one must be very discreet, lest he gets his camera put in an uncomfortable spot! lol

That black satty was a mean machine btw!

Thanks Al. I like the 65 Belvedere convert. And I am strangely attracted to the Maverick Grabber. Hopefully I'll feel better soon.

Nothing wrong with that;I like 'em as well. That one had a Roush-built small-block that sounded real good.

Mar;the black Sat was actually black cherry flake. Couldn't tell until you were on top of the car. VERY nice car!

Awesome pix. The wife and I will be up there sometime next week. The event site is worth sharing too - for the #1 or #2 most dangerous city in the world (depending on Detroit's standing any given year), Flint can sure throw a proper party when it wants to!

BigRed;I'll look for you and try to get you in with the other Mopar guys around here. We like to park at the Great Lakes Technology Center,at the corner of Saginaw St. and Hemphill Rd.,but that's not a definite. Oh;make sure your car runs cool-just like on Woodward. We don't have the "four-lanes-in-both-directions" running like M1 has;here it's two-in-each-direction with the occasional left-turn lane.

When I was working at a Ford dealership in 2004, I would take phone calls when they came into the sales station, and I got a call from a guy wanting to know if we had any Mavericks around. I thought he was joking. A few days later a guy called about Pintos, and I thought he was joking. I told one of the senior sales guys about it, and he told me they get calls about Mavericks and Pintos all the time from racers who are hoping someone who has one might be trading it in, and those callers are totally serious. Turns out the racers love the weight distribution of those cars and they like building them up for strip use. Who knew.

Nice pics! I really like the ol' B bods.... (pontiacs that is).........

Great shots & thanks for sharing them, we do love our car **** around here...

Yeaaaaaa. I'm thinking maybe a Boss 302 and a 4 speed...... Just dreaming. I actually had a 72 Pinto hatchback back in the late 70s. That thing was bulletproof. Used to abuse the hell out of that thing commuting to work and never broke a thing. Never blowed up either.

That black 66 Sat!!! ooohhh :jerk: Also that Skylark and the big yaks with the 8 lug wheels. Good stuff Al :upside down:
