I used Diamond Power brand from E-Bay. Very cheap but, professionally packaged, looked and spec'd good. Made in India but, they do build 100s of thousands of cars there. I couldn't find any other rod bearings for my 2008 3.8 V-6 so I ordered a set and have 3-4 thousand miles on so far (it's my winter beater).Mike
Sealed Power is the old
TRW brand. They've always
maintained a reputation
for good quality parts
mainly dealing with OEM
specs.
I run a TRW cam, rod
bearings, and cam bearings.
The engine sat on the
engine stand for 28 years.
(don't ask).
It's been run about 500
miles after break-in. Zero
issues.
We did swap the TRW lifters
for the newer Seald Power
thinking the old cam lithium
based lube would clog them
up. The cam survived
break-in with the engine
running strong.
