I found what looks like sprayed black paint on outside of the front frame rails near the control arm mounts. I would have just ignored it thinking some previous owner spray canned it but when I removed the lower rubber bump stop I could see it was there before it was installed. Judging by the very worn, hard condition of the rubber I'm pretty sure they are original factory parts, not replacements. Anyone seen this before? Did FC7 cars usually get the radiator support black out or not?

According to the note on the first sheet, F7 should have gotten the black out. I don't see that code on the omit list.

Yes

OK, thanks guys, the factory drawings are awesome - another saved to the hard drive. I do think it`s odd that I see lot`s of restored cars get the radiator blackout (and one of my pet peeves are the ones that should but don`t) and the sound deadener/undercoating in the wheel wells but I don`t think I ever seen pics or a discussion about the black out in the front wheel well area? Anyone have good pics of the blackout paint in that area?
