Is the bulkhead fitting in good shape? That is a pet peeve of pretty much all MoPar gurus. If it's the original 59 year old bulkhead then that would be my first stop. Make sure there's nothing burnt up..
Run a stock over the counter pump, they're designed to run at that pressure and the price tag isn't influenced by a name....IMO. You never mentioned what your application is.. Street, strip, slalom or all race? If your just knocking around the street with the occasional "exhibition of speed" a...
Wow your A/F goes to 20:1 30:1? Dude that's way, way lean. When you give it throttle it goes from a happy 13:1 to over 20:1 for a split second correct? But the A/F corrects it's self? Haven't had the opportunity to play with the Sniper system but I'm thinking check the fuel map (if your system...

My Cold Case fit pretty good after I "adjusted" the mounting holes. Had to fabricate some brackets to adapt the shroud... for me it wasn't a big deal but as far as this being a direct bolt in, not so much. They sell a shroud for this rad but the factory one works just fine.
That my friend wouldn't be wise given the amount of possible shrapnel in the engine from that train wreck. If it were my car (nice ride by the way) I'd suck it up, yank that bullet and do it right before anymore carnage happens and that bullet becomes a boat anchor.....my 2c. Overall this is...
Thats a huge bag of suck right there brother... hope for the best and expect the worst.
If your lucky, the valve kissing the piston far enough away from the ring lands that your bore didn't get damaged, and the block won't be needing a sleeve. Like PRND21 said above "check the rods and crank"...
Since you live on an island, keep all of the stock parts, someone would be interested I'm sure.
Going with a stroker, the windage tray may have clearance issues but the rest of the tin can be re-used if your going for the "it's stock" look. Obviously you need to keep and re-use all the front...
Yup one of my pet peeves with Mopar heads, what mental midget decided to have exhaust bolts strike water is beyond me... kinda like the guy who designed square nuts :fool:
If you cleaned the threads really well and applied some sealant and it still leaks then it is a good chance you've got a...
Gee whiz I wonder how many lives were changed after a ride in a big block MoPar?
I remember when my infection happened, went for a beer run while we were working on the roundy round car... 70 Challenger RT, 440 6pac, 4 spd, convertible, Hemi orange w/blk wht interior, a day I will never forget...
I reached out to Ogden Chrome a few months ago to re-chrome my front bumper...$1400.00 and 6-8 month turn around. They do an awesome job but man they're not cheap
If your going to change it all out, then why not just get the whole package. I got mine from Randy's Ring & Pinion with 3:73 ratio/ 489 (big bearing case).
