This engine has never been started, If I did get another block, I believe the rings would be good to reuse. I'm thinking maybe bearings also?

Thanks for the input guys. If I do look for another block, I've seen a lot of posts saying to get pre 74 engine because of emissions. Are the blocks really that different?
