Clean and soak up the spilled liquid as usual with rags and throw them out. Apply foam-type engine degreaser to the area and scrub. A few times. Cover the area COMPLETELY heavily with speedy-dry or cat litter, cover with a plastic sheet, and leave it as is for days, even weeks.
