Did you do anything about the brace inside that blocks 40% of the area?

Curious to see what you did.

It always seems like anything would be a lot of work for a small opening.

I will take some pictures from the inside when I get the car back from the shop. The brace is gone.

I have another correct set that hasn’t been modified.
 
I just want to see how he did it.

Everything I can come up with ends up looking like a car wash vac nozzle...or worse, because of the small area of the potential opening, and the limited space to put ducting in..
