Smoke out of the right side tail pipe

I am getting what appears to be excessive moisture and white/oil smoke out of my right/passenger exhaust. It is a 1967 383 that was built 20 years ago, then sat in a collectors barn until 2 years ago. I drove it on a regular basis (seasonal-Northeast car) since then. Car shows etc... We recently did the intake manifold. with no issues. After this we had a loud lifter that has since gone away. on the right side. All of the issues are on on the right/passenger side.
Note: When we did the intake mainifold. everything looked like new... We have also changed the oil, plugs (all gap to OEM), wires, distributor cap and checked the timing. Also adjusted the Carburetor.

Since this latest issue, the car runs like crap... No power. I pulled the plugs again and all appeared normal in all of the cylinders. No fouled plugs.

Maybe a head gasket? Any input would be helpful everyone.

I woulda thought head gasket myself
 
White smoke is normally coolant,
You need to run a compression test.
See if you have a low reading on that side
 
Being on that side and you had a loud lifter that went away and now it runs like crap, I'd pull the valve cover and take a look at the valve train.
 
White smoke when? Cold? hot? All the time? If the plugs all look good then it's not coolant in a cylinder.

How old is the fuel? What kind of carb and ignition on this one?

Fuel is new. Smokes after running/all the time basically, Holly 4 barrel (not sure what size) and electronic ignition. Pulled all the plugs. All looked good.
 
Basics first. Observe a vacuum reading, then a compression test.
 
White smoke is coolant...or brake fluid. Leaking m/cyl & seal on booster will allow b/fluid to be sucked into the engine. Check m/c & radiator for signs of coolant or fluid loss.
Spark plugs often look very clean with coolant in the chamber because they are literally being ' steam cleaned'.
If it is a coolant leak, short out the spark plugs one at a time to see which cyls are affected.
