Engine Noise - Video Attached - Thoughts?

Updates for those who are interested:
- I checked the rocker arms for play and proper lash—> Everything is good. No movement on valve stems, no loose arms, all lifters were pumped up, oil equally everywhere.

I went back to the beginning of the symptoms:
1. Only happens when turning right for extended period (off ramp/ on ramp at speed).
2. Adding more oil beyond the max fill helped in that I had to go faster on said turn to repeat the symptoms.

Knowing that I replaced all of the lifters, plugs, wires, coil, water pump, belts, fuel pump etc, I believe I ruled out other areas that could create a similar sound.

New Theory -> I came across instructions on how to install a new oil pump and part of the instructions mention it is critical for the stock oil pickup to be touching the bottom of the oil pan to ensure it’s deep enough to suck oil during operation. I thought back to when I stuck an endoscope through the drain hole to inspect the pickup screen to see if it was clogged and realized that if the oil pickup was touching the bottom of the pan, there is no way my endoscope could have viewed the screen of the pickup. This car also has a stock capacity Milodon pan, so it’s obviously been opened up. I drained the oil stuck my camera in there and I’m almost 100% certain the stock type pickup is not low enough! I can slide the 1/4 inch diameter camera easily underneath AND pivot it downward. I estimate at least 3/4-1 inch of space when it’s supposed to be touching the bottom. The screen is also open to the RIGHT which means on a right hand turn, when momentum pulls the oil to the left of the pan, there’s likely oil starvation. For those of you familiar with the stock pickup tube, do you agree that it appears to be way too high?
 
Is it a stock dipstick? Run the oil about an inch above the full line and see how it works. You don't actually want the pickup touching the pan, but an inch higher up isn't helping either

When I run an inch higher, the problem does go away, but then I’m running potentially too much oil, no?

Can you comment more about not running the pickup touching the pan? The service manuals describe the necessity for the pickup to touch the bottom of the pan.
 
Finally, problem solved. The oil pickup tube was not only too high, (1.5 inch above the bottom of pan), the tube itself was angled such that the screen on the pickup was furthest from the oil in the pan—>This is also the reason the issue was only notable on right hand turns.

Pan / pickup should be about 3/8 of an inch
Always check before final assembly with play doh…..

The manuals do say for the stock unit to touch and this does make sense given the pickup itself intentionally sets the screen about 1/4 above the true bottom of pan. I also read 3/8, so I left a little bit of room to make up the difference.
