I don't watch a whole lot of TV these days.
But a coworker brought this this to my attention this morning, knowing I own one.
I was glad to see such a great car as the star of the show.

That's cool!
I like Dusters.

I hope this doesn't end up like Dukes of Hazard and Chargers value did.
I bought my Charger in ‘85, and it was my daily and I cruised Lansdale and Pottstown Pa. I lost count of how many times I heard… “Do you climb in the door?” Hey! Slide over the hood!” :^} It was goofed on at the time.
Dusters are already pricey. To the point where I’d rather build a B body.

The Barracuda gets some face time on “Poker Face” starting May 8, 2025 on Peacock. Good Show.

I will have to keep track of that one, so I get it watched! It looks like period show with lots of fun cars.
We can't seem to make time to work on our 340 dusters. We have a curious yellow 4 speed 340 duster and a green automatic 340 duster.
Most 340 dusters were drove hard and rusted away, the really nice restored ones can bring big money, but most A bodies are affordable.

Yet another retro show where the hollywood types get to destroy "worthless" old cars. Just like the FF franchise. It looks good but I don't get Max.

The first six episodes were filmed in Tucson. Some of my friends cars are in a few scenes. Local government got cocky with the taxes and the production company moved to Santa Fe for tax free filming.

Supposedly two Duster are LS1 with 6 speed manual and four others are 318 auto cars. I saw one Duster with the steering and seat on the roof; wish I could have got a photo.

May have to do the 'Max' 7 day free trial (if they still do that stuff)
about the time that comes on...

Looks like the kind of show I would watch. Cool old cars sliding around on tv made me the car nut I am today, how anyone zeros in on the race thing is beyond me and that’s probably good.

I don’t currently have a subscription to the channel it airs on.
But I’m going to make it a point to watch at least an episode or two, somehow.
The car is enough to get me to watch it.
‘70 & ‘71 Dusters are my favorite of the years they were produced.
