Who here remembers all these NEHOA people?

Microsoft OneDrive

Thanks to Bruce Gordon, all of my formerly unknown event pics have now been given a date and name thankfully.
I still have two full photo albums to scan, but all of those should be accompanied by identifying information of some sort.

For now though, Tom has just posted a nice album of the Mopar Nats at the Chrysler Proving Grounds in 1985!
If memory serves, that might have been the year some unidentified participants blew past the Chrysler tour van on the 2-mile
oval and got up on the banking for a couple unauthorized laps - which of course got everyone tossed out of the grounds. :)
(I may or may not have been a participant in something there....)

I've put up some more albums of meets in my folder previously linked to in this thread, including
a BIG one on the Danville PA 1985 meet, as well as a SIAC meet at Mayo Beach, MD same year...

Time has not been kind to these pics, most of which I'm seeing for the first time since I stashed
them away in "good" albums back in those days (40 years ago - DAMN!) but I hope some folks
enjoy seeing them anyways - the process of scanning them takes a long time!

This sample pic from Mayo Beach brings back a lot of feels for me. Again, 40 YEARS AGO...
Damn:

More updates on my photo albums of old NeHOA meets today...
I found a nice program that not only allows me to scan multiple pics at once (thank the Lord!)
but also has a nice enhancement feature for old pics to breathe a little new life in them.
As a result, I've taken down all I had uploaded before and replaced them all with "enhanced"
versions. I think they look a lot better, but see for yourself.

Also, I added a file of pics from the Hightstown NJ meet in 1985 as well. :)
More coming, especially now with it being a little easier to scan all these tons of pics.

Todays' upload is from the NeHOA meet in Dedham MA in May 1986.
Another big one (over 70 pics) including one that tickled me:

That's Glen Fronheiser giving me the "number 1" sign behind my back - and Liz giving him rabbit ears. :)

Well....it's over. DAMN, what a chore that turned out to be!
My old "static" photo albums had turned into beasts with all my old pics to the point I had to
actually go at them with a pocket knife to free the photos!

Anyways, I'm done with everything I have finally, after some marathon scanning sessions
and everything I have is now posted online for anyone to look at (or download or whatever).
This is a comprehensive collection of most of the Mopar activities I engaged in for more than a decade
back in the 80's and 90s and I'm happy to let anyone who wants to plow through it all.
They can be found here:
Microsoft OneDrive

Note: these are all stored on my friend Tom K's storage on OneDrive and will be for the near future, but
if you see anything you'd want, prudence might lead one to go ahead and download anything interesting.
They're free to view and download.

I'd post it all here, but the sheer size of it all isn't going to allow me to I don't think....
Anyways, my job here is done.
