Napa or Classic Industries for Electrical Parts

Not brutal, it's known in the community the repop turn signal switches are mostly junk. Just honesty.

    Tie down question when Trailering

Towed 1000 miles twice this year. Straps through the rims on all 4 wheels straight to the trailer D rings. Car didn't move a bit even on Indiana's roughest roads.

    Is this a pad shim?

Those GM E body rear calipers were junk back in the day. If you don't regularly use the Emergency brake, the pistons freeze up on the adjusting screw causing a low pedal and poor braking performance.

    Torsion removal

The control arm bolt is pressed into the bushing. It is not a thru-bolt, and that shoulder does not hold anything in place

    Ac box restoration suggestion.

You really need a constant source of vacuum. A hand pump will not get the job done.

Any Problems With Battery Central Mall?

I agree with Dad, this particular supplier is not making a Lead acid battery. Using the proper tender sparingly will make them last even longer. Worth the money if you can get him to make one for you.

Any Problems With Battery Central Mall?

Pretty sure the supplier is Jim's Battery Mfg. who took over for Antique Auto Battery several years ago. I bought a Ford battery directly from him back in 2021 and at that time it seemed like the business was standing on a banana peel.

Who has adequate working AC? CAA, or Vintage.

For the heater hoses, I use a valve in each hose on my 69 RR with factory air. I used ball valves for PEX piping. To make things look a little nicer I take the handle off the valves after I get them open or closed for either the winter or summer.
