Running OEM tach from Sniper EFI w/Hyperspark

Perfect, thank you. I believe I'm on the right track with the part number suggested above.

Running OEM tach from Sniper EFI w/Hyperspark

I have that part on order, just in case. Looks like I can run the switched power source from the spot on my PDM where the sniper ECU gets it. I can run ground to the same. Then I use the sniper tach wire into the converter then out to my gauge cluster. I hope it's that simple. I don't have an...

    Voltage regulator?

I knew it! Lol. I figured that's why the previous owner used an alternator with this pulley on it. Thanks for the heads up.

    Voltage regulator?

Because whether a car has AC or not, I'd *assume* the alternator belt lines up and runs on the same plane in relationship to the crank pulley, being a double groove alternator or single (not swapping pulleys, changing complete alternators). But like I said, I've been surprised many times with...

    Voltage regulator?

I just wanted to be sure a single has it's belt groove in the same place as the inner groove on the double. It 100% should, but I've been surprised by stranger things. Lol I'd order the single if I knew it would all work perfectly, the first time.

    Voltage regulator?

I've been digging around it looking for any markings. May have to wait until I pull it off. Confirmed external regulator. Perfect. Thanks, guys! I'll get the new alternator on the way.

    Voltage regulator?

Hey guys. As I've mentioned in other threads, this is my first dealings with an older vehicle. Specifically, I've never owned a car with an external voltage regulator for the alternator. Is this it? There are no markings on it and it's difficult to trace the wiring through the harness. Just...

Almost answers the my questions. Thanks.

Decent seat covers and dash cover brands for '69 Charger

I think we are talking about different seat covers. Maybe I didn't explain my situation well enough haha. Should I say "seat protectors"? I'm looking for tan covers/protectors to put on my seats until I am ready to have the covers redone properly. Covers like they have at the local auto parts...

Decent seat covers and dash cover brands for '69 Charger

I was REALLY happy with my dash cover, but the company is no longer in business. It's just a simple "carpet" material with holes for the defroster. It just sits on the dash without need of velcro or any other fasteners. It's nothing fancy, just the right length and width. It's perfect.. but...

Small or larger yolk on differential?

I went ahead and purchased the carrier. I'll force it in one way or another lol

Small or larger yolk on differential?

Between that and autocorrect... But I can't be seen typing away on my phone so I sneak in a few voice prompts. I know I shouldn't be on at all during work, but I gotta decide on this diff soon. To everyone: Is the clutch-style Sure Grip, good enough?

Small or larger yolk on differential?

I'm not either, but I plan to light up my rear tires often. At least it's easy on everything but the tires. Lol Also, I use voice-to-text so feel free to blame any spelling errors on my phone. Posting from work (don't tell them) so I don't have time to go back and edit everything lol But I do...

"Cup size"? For under $50, she just get that yolk anyway?

Small or larger yolk on differential?

I have a guy that has a sure grip rear differential for my car. He states that it has a small yolk. Neither of us are sure if that would work with the driveline on my car. How can I tell? 1969 charger with unknown original engine and automatic transmission. I only know that once my engine and...

Rear disc brake kit for 15" Vector

I just want to be sure because the inner barrels of 15 inch wheels are not all the same. I'd be stuck with it because I have to install to find out (the hard way lol ). But, if a break kit fits a 14-in wheel that I'm good to go. That's a great idea, thank you.

Rear disc brake kit for 15" Vector

1969 charger 15" Vector wheels 8 3/4" rear end. Not going to be racing the car. Just looking for a basic rear disc setup. Something from summit, classicindustries, etc. I see most kids require a 15-in or larger wheel, but I know not all 15-in wheels are shaped the same. Is there anyone that...

Switched source isn't good enough for EFI? Lol

For anyone reading this, my diagram above was completely wrong. It should be as follows. I'll be doing a complete write up on this installation process, as soon as it's done and running. Maybe it will be easier for the next person, as opposed to reading over multiple threads/opinions/etc.
