Im looking into buying a 73 roadrunner that has the factor power steering installed. Is there any way I can install the 14:1 Borgeson unit and re-use the factory pump?
Get yourself a Borgeson box.
Here’s a good write up.

Thanks
Decided to put power steering back in the 71 and tried a Borgeson conversion. So far so good, all went smooth, works great and no leaks. Also put fresh meats up front and running 255 60 15x8 on all four. A little pricey but, love it

For a car that I want excellent control and handling, Borgeson wins.
If the car is just a casual cruiser, I'd pick the original design and just live with the flaws...
Fast ratio on the stock Mopar box is realized from longer Pittman and idler arms. Fast ratio box would be the Borgeson unit. As stated above, getting one from BAC[ Peter Bergman] is the best place to get it. You'll get ALL OF THE NEEDED COMPONENTS when you buy it from him. Putting the Borgeson...
