Looks good!
The only other thing I'd think about is how much the upper car drips? Could it make a puddle that woud run to one end or the other and drip off? If so maybe a thick bead of silicone caulking or even low expansion spray foam across each end of the metal to make more of a trough.
I'd guess $6-$8K would be a good price. Go over it with a magnet to make sure there are no hiddeen surprises, crawl under and check out the usual spots for bad surprises. And is it a Dana or 8 3/4? But a one owner big block 4 spd. E body, I'd go for it. They're probably the easiest to put...
So now I'm wondering if this would work on later (66-70) B bodies? According to my 1969 FSM the wheelbases are the same except for wagons (116" vs 117"). Or would you have to reproduce the bracing inside the quarter from the B pillar back?
Checked out your website, you sure do great work!
Any chance of opening another branch, say, in Pennsylvania? We have lots of lovely rust that could use your help!

Well, I'm a slow starter, computer wise!
I've been on a couple other sites (Moparts and DC.com) for a long time but mostly as a lurker.
Now that I'm finally starting on the car I had questions, this car is a little different than the typical PA rust bucket. The typical Mopar rust issues are...
Hi Fuely,
I'm a ways north, a little south of Erie. My brother in law lives down there though, in Seward.
He took us to the car show for Ligonier Days a couple years back, I like the area!
Luckily my oldest is graduating in the spring as a mechanical engineer, and he aready has a job! He applied for a summer job at a local place, he was thinking a maintenance job but they offered him an internship with their ME, they want him back. His boss even called his advisor and discussed...
Thanks for he responses!
I actually think it looks a lot easier to separate it and fix it than to try welding in sections with the skin on. There are three bad spots, one near the passenger hinge mount, one on the drivers side about half way up and around where the latch mounts. The trick will...
I've got a 69 Charger hood that looks good on top but is a mess underneath. There are two or three areas in the sub structure that is rusted and needs sectioned in. I've found another B body hood for a donor, but I'm getting paranoid about welding it with the hood together. I was thinking...
Hello!
At the urging of Budnicks I'll quit lurking and introduce myself! My name is Al, and I'm the proud owner of a 69 Charger that's in the "tear down and cuss" stage.
I've owned it about 5 years, It's my second 69 and my tenth B body overall in the last 35+ years, but this one is going...
