Yes, the battery is in correctly. The original starter terminal are on the drivers side of the starter low, and the new mini starter the terminals are on the top up against the block, and that creates a longer run for the cable. 72 roadrunner gtx is correct, the cable is 4 to 6 inches too short.

I will need to install a new Throttle Cable in my 68 Coronet. Just wondering what is involved in removing the old and getting the new installed at the Firewall entry point. Looks like there is two nuts or bolts on the engine side of the fire wall. Thanks,

Are the mounts currently on the engine stock mopar's. If so and they are still good I would reuse them, I've done just that on a few restorations as I found some issues with aftermarket engine mounts. I don't remember the brands but in one instance the mounting rubber was just a bit thicker...

I just restored my 68 Coronet Hardtop and in the 68 model year there were two different size clips for the windshield, as there was a change mid year in the size of the clip. I matched them up to the clips that were on the car, but bare in mind some clip kits did not specify for early or late...
I used the stripe from Performance Car Graphics in Flordia, he is the decal Guru. The strip come with information on the exact placement and locators for the correct placement and detailed instructions on the installation process. Great guy to talk with also about the process.
I used PPG lacquer for my 68 B body dash. The paint is available through TPC Global in Calif. I got the paint part number in the back of the 68 coronet / charger shop manual. The paint arrived and has the correct amount of flat and has the suede already in it. Look exactely like the orginal...
