Hi guys, want to install full wheel tubs into my 68 charger.
the car had a fair bit of quarter panel dents and damage so old quarters were removed and original wheel wells were also slighty damaged so they were cut out too.
how would you go about matching up a fabricated wheel tub to the inner...
you can see in the attached photos what the roadster shop guys did, but i dont quite understand how they accomplished it, but the sort of look i am going for.

what do you guy reckon on the 2 options for removing the drip rail?
option 1: cut off the drip rails and weld the 2 x joining surfaces together?
option 2: cut 50mm or so off the roof and add/weld a strip which joins to the u channel of the drip rail?

guys any tips on getting all the surface rust off in the nitty gritty places of the inner panels? inner roof has alot but i dont think a wire wheel will get in there?
Made some progress today, got most of the rear quarters off, first one was a pain in the ***, but getting there, and got my new door jamb clamped on.

Hi guys, i am looking for tips, videos and hints to help me remove and replace my rear quarter panels on my 68 charger. i have new AMD ones as my old ones are damaged beyond repair.
I am a boilermaker by trade but have not done alot if any auto sheetmetal, but happy to give anything a go...
