I used Noico as well. They all work as intended I believe, but some are really costly while others are not. Most are from China so if that's not an issue with you then I would suggest Temu.com or Vevor.com. Much, much cheaper. Be aware though...BEFORE buying 100 sq feet of a non brand name...

Well I have had 2 440s through the machine shop in the last year. I do the building just have the machine work done. First was 493 stroker, cleaned, checked for cracks, line honed, decked, bored. 030, balanced. Took 2 weeks. Second was stock 440 for GTX, cleaned, checked for cracks, mains...

Silly question, but... why not contact the Rebuilder ? Not the first time I'd hear of a rebuilder not putting all the parts back in.........
