    I seem to recall that most oils for modern engines have about 600 PPM. This fits with the "max of 800", as they probably want to stay we clear of the maximum. Also, if I recall, ZDDP is not good for catalytic converters which is why it as been reduced in modern oils.

In my opinion, I would use an oil that is blended with higher ZDDP levels and not add separate bottles of ZDDP additive.     As it is, there were very few 440 Road Runner/ GTX cars made in 1973. A number like 267 comes to mind but is probably wrong. Regardless, there were very few. Sunroofs were also fairly uncommon, as is blue with a red stripe. I'm looking forward to pictures of the car!
