We used to install the angle adapter on small blocks with headers, a common practice back then. Or, use a shorter filter. You can cross-reference to get a better filter. A Mopar MO-090, or a K&N 2004.

Restoring a 68 Charger R/T it has two drivers side door switches and one passenger side door switch. Unable to find a wire diagram with two drivers side door jam switches. Any help on knowing what the second switch is for would be greatly appreciated.

Replies got away from me a bit. Appreciate everyone's insight The passenger side rail is solid. I'm not really sure why the drivers side rail rusted out like that. I've got guys that say it can be patched, and i've got other guys that say replace the whole rail.
