Has it already turned to gunk in the carburetor? Has some time passed since it was last run, like 3-4 months or more?
If it was recently running then run good gas through it by starting the engine with good gas going in the fuel line.
I don't know for certain what this seat came out of but I removed it from a 1972 Satellite. It needs new covers but is in really good condition, the torn foam you see is only the foam stitched into the cover to create the pleats, in the other pictures you can see the seat foam which is in great...
Look at FTI, i went with their 3200 9.5" and it's pretty tight so you don't really notice much when driving normally. BUT.. my 318 is in front of 4.30s with 30" tires... so different setup.

I learned of a great old-school trick that sure helps installing spark plugs, and used it with the 5.7 Hemi in my '05 Magnum...cut a length of 3/8" fuel hose, maybe a foot long. Once you crack your plug loose, press the hose onto the end of the plug and spin the hose to remove the plug. Press...
Spend a little more and get one custom built for your combo. It makes a huge difference in how the convertor is set up. If it's loose (like a hughes) I would run a max stall of 2500. If it's custom built tight.. perhaps 3500. You can do better then Hughes, PTC may even be cheaper the hughes.
I have had 5 or 6 over the last 30+ Years. All the cheapie type. Never any issues with comfort or usage.
