Can you “re-key” an ignition tumbler?

You can easily remove the tumbler set from your switch. Insert the switch key and turn to ON. Look in the threaded portion of the switch, and you will see a small pin. Push this pin in with a small screwdriver, and you can pull the tumbler set out with the key.

Without a doubt my favorite hands down is a Denel NTW 20 because you have a choice of 3 different calibers in one rifle and you can really reach out and touch someone. Tom

Need a new welding helmet - what`s decent?

For what it's worth I have a nice Miller "Joker" helmet that I'e had for at least 10-years. Now before you say, " A Miller is to expensive" ask yourself this question. Hobbyist, or not you only get one pair of eyes, of which are the easiest part on your body to damage. Now do you really want a...

Well this may be a stupid brake question: where to measure to determine if I have 10 or 11s?

Most brake drums have a maximum i.d. size marked on the front face.

What did you do today....other than work on your car!?

Went to look at a 66 Charger project. Interesting car- 361 with AC and disk brakes..... in mauve from the factory. Gotta be low production. Lots of pitting on the trim and odd rust under the windshield (not in the channel) and beside the rear window (again, not in the channel), both lower...

Well this may be a stupid brake question: where to measure to determine if I have 10 or 11s?

No part of my body was under the car, I always use stands if any part of me goes under an elevated vehicle. This was the same as changing a tire, I'm all off to the side.
