Are 4-door rear doors the same as the rear doors on a wagon? These doors are in my yard. The front doors have the trim you are looking for.

These 16 buttons are for the rear seats and bucket seats. Looking at the backside of the buttons you can see that 4 have eye hook attachments, 4 have large round clips and 8 have the smaller round clips. These are located in Arkansas and priced at $30 plus the shipping.
