This assembly is upsided down but I hope you can see how should look from behind… bolt ends are visible Both are 73/74, but pretty sure 71/72 are the same (diff should be just on bottom bracket, 73/74 is wider)

I have plenty of storage totes labeled with contents and small boxes and bags labeled within the totes. All my hardware is sorted by sizes as well.

Check the pic I probably posted while you quoted me. Note the top ends with the screws attached and look closely the license plate assembly it gets two J nuts. These are catched by the mentioned bolts throught the bumper holes
