Mama and I did it again.
One more time around the sun.
Today we celebrate 29 years married.
36 years ago we started our journey together in high school.
And we’re still up to no good.
This is what I mean
Did you tried with light assembly in place?
73/74s (or at least those 73/74 I have worked on) doesn’t have that extra surface on license bracket, so I can install without deal with the light.
The only difference is try to fit with or without light in place. That’s all.
I went through an old video of me taking the car apart and this is what it looked like. Picture below. The one you provided from eBay will not work. If I place the license plate bracket on the bottom two round rubber stops the bracket I have today is way higher than the number. Not allowing me...
Is the one you need. Maybe didn’t fit because it gets the wider screws provisions, meeting with rear license light assembly. Did you have the light bracket in place when trying to fit that? You need to remove the light assembly, fit the license plate assembly, then the light over the plate...
It's clever, untested, simple, improves some geometry, and if I had to do it all over, I would have tried it.
And for the talented, replicable, maybe out of Inconel, just to step it up a notch.
I did the same and initially kept the EPR valve in place. Not a problem.
Later replaced hoses and also removed the EPR valve (maybe 3 or 4 years after the refrigerant “upgrade”), because stock hoses began to leak still being seasoned (per a Mopar magazine description on a conversions article)...
Bilstein does not make a Mopar specific shock. They are sort of remanufactured/upgraded to fit a Mopar. Try using their "Search By Vehicle" on their website if you doubt what I'm saying.

The main reason I would try to still make it from underneath the dash is because car is becoming also older, and every time you get anything dissasembled, it could get also broken along the process LOL
There used to be a lot of toys for small children that made loud noises. We woke our parents up early, unintentionally, by playing with the See-n-Say toys from Santa. You'd set the dial on the animal you wanted to hear and pull the string. "The cow goes, Mooo."
It had to be super annoying...
I bought a used 10k rotary two post and have to install it yet. It might be 9k...not sure. One of my friends is the shop foreman at a gm garage and set me up with it because it had some surface rust and they periodically upgrade there lifts.
I have to do the concrete yet. Hoping really soon. I...
