The large suvs and big pickups are the worst where i live. I try not to drive at night because there are lots of deer and you can't see **** for a few seconds when one of these vehicles is coming. I'm really tempted to get a million candle power spotlight and let them have it. See how they like...
Don't think of them as Ford stripes, think of them as Shelby stripes, since he was a friend of Lutz and had a hand in developing the original Viper and the GTS Coupe prototype.
Should have been a H.C. instead of a Scat. The power to weight ratio would have been a little closer. I wouldn't mind owning a viper someday. My favorite is this blue GTS, but with stripe delete. I always hated the Chevy/Ford stripes.
I believe that the fixed window glass will work with the '71 mechanisms that has a separate frame that attached to the regulators. In '72 the regulators attach to the glass itself similar to the door glass
Not from OH, from PA, but doubt you'll find much as most of those cars have been saved or crushed by now. You might find a small stash on private properties though. Might be some stuff that owners are "going to restore some day" Good luck trying to buy that!
The OD transmissions came with either a 307 or a 308 bearing. If yours has a 307 bearing then you can buy a retainer to fit any bellhousing. If it is a 308 then you can buy a retainer for only the 4.80" bel,housing.
