I have plans to remake that exact same bracket in aluminum. I need to look over my reference photos to see if there are other brackets I can make.

I managed to enlarge the exhaust pipes just enough to fit the stubs using my expander cobbled up with a hose clamp, so I could insert it only about 3/4 of an inch. I broke two hose clamps in the process, but it worked. I dry fit the exhaust and marked everything with paint. I will scribe it...

I have a 21 trailhawk same suspension. Not worried about it put 200K on my last 2013 grand Cherokee with same suspension and was trouble free. I suppose if you don’t go off road and don’t need that 2” or change it out with a leveling kit up front. Did that on my 2011.
I have a 97 Lincoln. My suggestion is replace and never worry about it again. There are so many other parts in the system that are going to fail down the road. You will constantly be chasing issues as the vehicle gets older. Coil over springs and struts are the way to go.
