sounds like a bad cell in the battery . also pour a little gas down the carb a couple times it should start .and stop but after a couple times it should suck the fuel through through the fuel line up to the fuel pump .

62 and 63 max wedges had 3447 carbs . 63 stage 2 cars built after june had 3705 carbs and 64 stage 3 had 3705 carbs

are you saying that the photos of that copper tone 63 savoy in the photos dont have a alloy front end ? i know the owner and seen it in person and i have had a lt wt 63 dodge in the past the car does have a alloy front end on it and the best part never taking off its the real deal .
