Bob at Glen Ray has a supply of core radiators, he would know what your car came with, you won't find too many people with more knowledge than he has. He would take your core in trade or repair it, it will be perfect. He is not cheap either, but having a core would help.
Okay guys, thank you. I was able to send an email to James. Was my fault on the email address, I omitted the contact@ part of the address and it came up as unknown. My fault, sometimes I am not good at interpretation with computer related things, the address just didn't look right to me...
Does anyone here know how to email DMT? If so, what is is their address. I can not figure their site out and all of their excuses for you fill in the blank. Have tried to call, they don't want phone calls. Tried to get in by account, won't recognize my password and just chases me around and...
If you would like your radiator done better than orginal, call Bob at Glen Ray. He is in Wausau, Wisconsin. He is expensive, but you will not be disappointed when you get your radiator back. Also, if you have it recored locally, there are different grades of core material, from cheap to...

Not sure if it's been corrected, but new repop sending units haven't worked very well in the past. Tanks, in Monticello, Iowa, say that they have sending units that will work in their tanks, not sure if their tanks are identical to a stock tank.
Phone call to them?
I agree with panora, you in my opinion have an alignment problem, cowl bracket to inner fender. Inner fender well looks to be high, and possibly down in the front. Sorta need to try and set all of it in place and make sure it all fits. Here's a couple of pictures of mine.
It's the same fender. Did you replace the inner fender wells or was this corner involved in an accident? All of these possibilities affect how several pieces fit together.
Don't take this the wrong way, but, you want to hack up your floor to save the looks of your orginal buckets? Seems like in another thread, you wanted to get your ride height up to orginal from it's lowered current state. You have a very nice looking orginal car there. Nothing that you can...
