Pics from Back in the Day

Some of the more recent pics, I just have to say...mixing different mag types is a big fail. Slots with Cragars, Keystones with dog dishes, etc...it is to puke.

    Your top 3 TV cars?

Not in any order: Christine The Car (mostly Lincoln-based George Barris-customized beast) The Interceptor from Road Warrior I would kill to have any of those.

The Meme not a Meme Thread Part DEUX

Way back in the Windows 3.1 days when I chose my first computer as a graduation gift, having the option of a Mac or Windows, I went with Windows because of "all the games you could play". There were very few games for Macs. Anyway, who remembers having to edit their autoexec.bat and config.ini...

The Meme not a Meme Thread Part DEUX

Zero for me, if my parents that I lived with owning a dictionary and encyclopedia counts...and I'm only 56. Am I old already?

69 Charger in Oakland - can you spot what's wrong?

The driver side of the front bumper not lining up with the recess, while the passenger side appears to, looks like the car took a hit.

WTB Need some 1970 Charger paint gaskets

I am unable to get a complete paint gasket kit from RPM in Saskatchewan; the part number has been backordered since last spring. I suspect it's because their vendor was Detroit Muscle Technologies, who evidently won't ship to Canada. My Charger was finished body & paint last spring and I've been...

Engineers really don’t think about maintenance Spark plugs Hemi Ram….

Don't some of those metal terminal ends unscrew? I know I've had some spark plugs that had the terminal end piece unscrew from the ceramic part. It wouldn't be too big of a deal though, you would just switch to a bigger hose.

Stock seat brackets mounting to Procar seats

That might've been my post. I am doing this with my '70 Charger to mount some Procar Sportsman recliners. They aren't the nicest of the Procar seats but I got them for a fraction of the cost. Adding modern seats to old muscle cars isn't a bad idea if you're not a purist or have a show car; the...

Me and my new ride in Nashville

I bought my Charger in 1986, but I'd love it if my wife would buy me another one...welcome from Alberta, Canada.

Has anyone here used a 69 Camaro spoiler on their 68-70 Charger?

This will have to wait until spring. I got my front bumper and grille assembly installed, pop-up headlights installed, but want to install the front sidemarkers in the valance before putting the valance back on. What's holding THAT up is I'm missing a bunch of paint gaskets. I bought a kit from...

who's the most beautiful actress in her prime?

I have another off-the-radar consideration...Blythe Danner. She still looked pretty for her age in the Meet The Fockers movies, but I happened to watch some really old flick called Futureworld--a sequel to Westworld--and thought I recognized the pretty blonde woman. I couldn't believe it was the...

I wonder if that's where the expression "slower than molasses in January" came from? :)

I've seen those sold at automotive big box stores here in Canada. The placement of the valve stem is...logical.

1970 bumper seal brackets- what is the proper name

It looks like just a flat piece of metal with a curve. If this isn't going to be a show car, couldn't a rectangle of steel be bent around a pipe or something and have a few holes drilled?

On that car, with those wheels, I agree with you.

Anyone have detailed pictures or INSTRUCTIONS ON 68-70 CHARGER INNER SAIL PANEL INSTALL OR REAR WINDOW INTERIOR TRIM/MOLDING?

Thanks for the great pics. So to clarify, headliner and package tray are installed first, then the rear window inside trim afterward? I'll be doing this eventually when I reassemble my interior after body & paint.

    Weird things people find attractive.

Although I don't know what men find this attractive, but someone must, because it's such a phenomenon these days...but the eyebrows on some girls these days are gag-worthy. Unless you have a unibrow, leave them be, maybe just feather in a bit of color, but stop it with the Sharpie markers and...
