FOR SALE 1968 Plymouth GTX parts group (no car)

Would you have a rear quarter panel window roller? It is the one farthest to the rear and runs between the window regulator and a channel that is held on by two nuts. It has two rollers connected by a short pin/shaft and resembles a dumb bell.

    Alternator Replacement

As previously stated, if 60amps are doing the job then "upgrading" to more amps isn't necessary but could be sketchy because your wiring might not be able to handle the extra amperage.

    Alternator Replacement

    I suggest NAPA.

Well, if not for those two women really battling till the end, this whole fiasco would have been a total disaster.

    PTC converters

I have had and currently have one of Kenny Ford’s PTC converters and I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a custom torque convertor. As a bonus, they are super nice and easy to talk to!

Trickflow Valve Covers with 1.6 Rockers

Do you have a roller cam and lifters installed as well? If so, those tend to be a little noisy compared to flat tappet.

Replace gearbox and my steering wheel is slightly off, does this get an alignment?

I think I would just reposition the wheel as long as the lock to lock turning radius isn't way off.

    Rear tire clearance 3.75 BS

I have always liked the Super Trick wheels and bought a new set for a 67 Camaro back in the day. I have 275/60-15’s on 8 inch wheels on the rear of my ‘69 roadrunner with 3.75 inch back spacing but I had to trim the inner lip a bit to eliminate tire rub.

I think you are going to need a new signal switch at the least.

    Help building a Street/Strip 727

I will recommend to you Mr. Ed Becker up in South Haven, MS. He is a master mechanic and retired from Chrysler. Ed races in Nostalgia Super Stock with his 1965 Plymouth. He rebuilt my 727TF around 10 years ago and he beefed it up real nicely with a bolt in sprang and other upgrades and it has...

Need help with heads and intake combo

With hood clearance being the limiting factor and not knowing what compression ratio you currently have but guessing it is a bit low, I'm going to suggest closed chamber heads of whatever brand you choose to bring compression up a bit and a cam with duration @ .050 less than 230 or you will be...

If you're depending on zinc to protect your flat tappet?

I know a lot are running diesel oil in their gas burning engines. Probably all are fine at low rpm daily driving and cruising but those diesel oils are not formulated for higher rpm performance gasoline engines. Just my .02 cents.

If you're depending on zinc to protect your flat tappet?

I just built an engine and went roller. I spent around $700.00 more but I wanted to avoid the tedious flat tappet cam break-in procedure.
