Thanks Wayne I thought about that too and just wondered if it would evaporate in the mean time allowing for enough room to do the same thing. Cheap enough and easy to do so I might order one online and try that.
I didn’t know about NeHOA meet until @gtx6970 told me about it. That could be a great adventure ride! I definitely want to experience her for some of those events.
Nothing wrong with that!
But then you're stuck with finding a rebuildable set, or a huge bill for new ones (thankfully, they are still available, tho way,WAY overpriced)
You could also look for corvette carbs..... but they may not be ten cents cheaper than mopars.... and maybe more.
Too Funny. I can always count on you Roger!!! Any way I think the issue is the fluid bleeds back and allows the water in. I have already poured just room temperature water on them and the work instantly. It's just frustrating but the big thing for me was just having to reprime the locked up pump...
Thursday I drove a friend down to the LA area so he could get some pre op tests done at Cedars Sinai. We got down there at a decent time so we hit the Peterson Museum. Took some shots of the old F1 cars and a McClaren Can Am car. Love the pre hybrid F1 and the Can Am cars. Some older Indy cars...
Drive it to Carlisle, you have time to debug anything; Drove my car from CT. to Niagara Falls and back to Rochester NY in one day. Went to a NeHOA meet. Just stayed on rear carb, 68mph 14 mpg 3.54 gears. Always kept tools, alt, volt reg, starter and water pump. Never used them.
I did see 3 planets clearly like they said which was interesting to see. I think saw the other 2 with binoculars but I couldn't hold still so the all looked like they were out of control satellites. Haha
Another 400 years tell next event gives me time to save up for a telescope.
Welcome from the central coast of Californication.
