I was concerned with the bearing not positioned properly on the axle it may not have the bearing retained behind it if the bearing is not situated against the outside should it may move i would get it checked.

Have you pulled that bearing off the axle looks like it is not all the way on

Is there any contact marks on your discs if the discs & caliper are centralised (shimmed correctly ) there should be none if the axles are moving they could contact the caliper. All my trutracs groan from time to time when turning sharply

Do you have the circlip clamped on the differential face or further out oil can also make a difference with the tru track

I have the Tru-Trac they do wind up sometimes after long drives then make a slight crunching noise when turning as they unload as they have no clutch to slip same wilwood disc set up .

The unit needs power to operate probably in the milliamp range would help to flatten battery over time
