I was concerned with the bearing not positioned properly on the axle it may not have the bearing retained behind it if the bearing is not situated against the outside should it may move i would get it checked.
Nice picture, good to see the original clearance. That might as well be a foot compared to what I have. I'm estimating 1/32" for mine. Maybe a 1/16th if I'm lucky. That's after the studs have flattened that side of the spring off and I ground down the heads of the studs a bit. Hopefully I'll get some answers tomorrow.
All good did the same had to add an extra washer to move the the bolt back a bit left some nice score marks on the back of the rotorI made a to RMS today to get the rear end looked at. Turns out the caliper bolts, while not touching were close enough that during hard cornering were hitting the back of the brake rotor. We also reshimmed the caliper and that took care of it. Big thanks to RMS as I know that's not their normal scope of work.
Next up is my stereo install. There's too much behind where I want to mount it including my console mounting bracket. I'm just going to have to start cutting and then problem solve.
